1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
   •    For orders under $65, a shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.
   •    For orders of $65 or more, shipping is free.

2. Order Processing Time
   •    Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed. This processing time includes the time required to prepare, pack, and hand off the package to our shipping partner.
   •    Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Time
   •    After processing, shipping time will depend on the courier selected and your location:
   •    Standard shipping: Typically, delivery time is between 3-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other factors.
   •    Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other carriers. The specific carrier and tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Delivery & Shipping Delays
   •    Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is dependent on the courier’s service and external factors like weather, holidays, and customs.
   •    While we make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Alice+V is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
   •    If there are any significant delays in your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
   •    We currently only offer shipping to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
   •    Alice+V is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We will provide you with tracking information for you to monitor your shipment.
   •    If your package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If the damage is discovered upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping
   •    At this time, Alice+V only offers shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand this option in the future.

8. Address Accuracy
   •    Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
   •    If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed and shipped.

9. Refunds and Returns
   •    Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final (except in cases of damaged goods upon delivery). Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details on our process for damaged items.

10. Modifications to Shipping Policy
   •    Alice+V reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time. Any updates or changes will be reflected on this page. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to abide by the updated terms.
