3.2 Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bonjour@aliceandv.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will offer an exchange for the exact same item, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
4.2 Please note that all of our items are handmade. As a result, minor imperfections such as slight scratches, variations in bead shapes, and differences in colors are a natural part of the handmade process. These characteristics should not be considered as defects or damage. Each piece is unique, and we embrace the beauty of these subtle variations
